CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Return Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between qaashi, having its postal address at Shop No.89-A, 1st Floor, Ward 6B, Hemu Kalani Road, Nr. Nakoda Nagar Jain Society, ADIPUR – 370205. GUJARAT – INDIA (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “qaashi” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our site, i.e. www.qaashi.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and qaashi. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may return the same, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”).
This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it after which it will be processed. A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be charged and the rest will be refunded back to the original mode of payment. After 1 hour of placing the order, order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] or reach out to us on our Instagram @qaashi.in with your order number. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. In case the package has been shipped and it is refused at the time of delivery (for any reason), then RTO charges of ₹90 will be deducted from the order value and balance will be refunded. Please note shipping fee is non-refundable.
By placing an order with us, returning/exchanging the products so purchased, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Shipment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
You are of sound mind and at least of such minimum legal age as per the jurisdiction in which you reside, in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority as per the laws of the jurisdiction that you reside in, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to place an order or make purchases on the Website.
We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
Product Description: We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the products listed on our Website. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Quick view type feature: We may offer a quick view type feature for various products listed on our Site. This feature allows you to view price information about the product and add the product to your cart without opening the product page. This feature is for your convenience only. In case, you want full details about a particular product, please visit the product page.
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. qaashi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, qaashi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned Product. We may also update the prices of the Products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
Return: We, at qaashi believe in delivering quality. Therefore, if your delivery address is in India, and for some reason you receive a defective product from us, only then you may be able to return the same and get a refund for it. You can do so only for certain products where there is a visible damage or tears in the product material or finish, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. (Unboxing video is a must for claiming refund of missing items in order). You can raise a return request for damaged products only within a period of 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. We will arrange a return shipment as well as be responsible for the return shipping fee. Post this period of 7 (seven) days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any return request.
Exchange: For our customers who have their delivery address in India, your damaged products/items are entitled for an exchange, as per the availability of the product, at no extra cost, provided that you must have a proof of unboxing video clearly showing the damage in the product. Categories like necklaces, bracelets, anklets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue. However, it is advisable to confirm size before placing an order. However, if you wish to exchange for any sizing issues of rings, such items may be exchanged at a cost of ₹100 if the delivery address is in India. Exchange will be picked up and delivered at the same address as the original delivery address. The replacement product is dispatched within 2 working days (subject to availability) once the return is received. Please note returns can take upto 2 weeks.
The product that you wish to return/exchange must be unused, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any tags. Moreover, you must send us an original unboxing video as proof of unboxing which must show the damage on the product. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
Return Shipment: In case for eligible returns, we shall be responsible to bear all the cost and expenses of the return shipping.
Return Request and Refund: In case of your return request for faulty products, after you send us a video proof of unboxing clearly showing the damage in the product, we will accept your return request upon our sole judgment, and after that once we have received your faulty product, we will examine the faulty product and your claim within a period of 7 (seven) days from the receipt of the product by us. It is only upon our satisfaction of the genuineness of your claim (in our sole discretion), that you would be entitled to a refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date we approve your return. In case that we are unable to process your refund in your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss the refund options. Under no circumstances can items purchased as Final Sale be returned. Moreover, in case of refunds, only the actual amount paid to us by you for the product at the time of checkout will be refunded.
RTO/ Lost / Un-delivered shipment : We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to Origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges and RTO charges of ₹90) only once the shipment returns back to us. The items purchased through the Site are shipped by Delivery Partner, therefore, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items shall pass to you, upon our delivery to the Delivery Partner. Furthermore, this also applies in cases of lost / undelivered shipments due to wrong address / contact number / misinformation provided while placing an order. In no case, shall we be responsible for any lost / undelivered shipments. In case of re-shipping, shipping charge has to be borne by the customer.
Reservation of Right
We may, in our sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product that you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mis-priced, if we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that we, in our sole discretion, deem fit.
We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to verify your identity for processing your order.
We will either, not charge you, or refund the charges for orders that we cancel or do not process.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.
Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the Products that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
